David Goldsmith General Manager

GENERAL MANAGER & LICENSED BUILDER
David Goldsmith is a founding member of Gold Style Homes and is an experienced and dedicated Registered Builder with experience in both Residential and Commercial Construction and Building Surveying. His life long passion for Building is validated by extensive qualifications including Bachelor Degree - Construction Management and Economics with Honours, Associate Diploma - Construction and Associate Diploma - Building Surveying. Being recipent of the Australian Institute of Building Chapter Medal for Top Performance (Degree) and top of class (Diploma Construction) validates his knowledge. A sharp eye for detail and solid leadership ability has resulted in the ultimate success for the Gold Style design and construction team in winning various HIA and MBA industry awards.

Wayne Barber

DIRECTOR

Wayne is a founding director of Gold Style Homes, with over twenty five years experience in the property industry.

Has created an integrated property business which includes Luff Barber Real Estate, in partnership with Erika & David Luff, and various property development companies, which complement and benefit from the assistance of Gold Style Homes.

Also involved in procuring and ownership of Dome Cafe's Canning Vale & Geralton.

Andrea Pizzirani

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE & CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
Andrea Pizzarini is Phd (Doctor) qualified and has a passion for the built environment and delivering satisfied customers. With a natural pazazz for life, a desire to succeed and an ability to satisfy he cements a strong foundation for the project ahead

OFFICE MANAGER

Mike Adams has displayed a lifetime commitment to the building industry and possess extensive hands on experience. Progressing to the office, the last 15 years has enabled Mike to establish himself as an exceptional Manager capable of overseeing all Office functions and is a professional, dedicated and committed member of our team.

SENIOR SUPERVISOR: Matt Mundy is a master supervisor with years of hands on experience. Matt completed and passed his bricklaying apprenticeship and worked as a bricklayer in the United Kingdom for 3 years before coming to Australia where he continued bricklaying for many years.

His attention and eye for detail is beyond question and he is very passionate towards every home he builds. Matt dedication and ability has been recognised and rewarded through the large number of homes he has supervised, which have won or been finalists in major awards. This includes winning MBA & HIA awards in many categories including Small Cottage Lot, Contract Homes, Spec Homes and Homes of the Year for both single and double storey homes.

Matt has won several award titles inlcuding:
"Supervisor of the Year" award multiple times.
MBA's "Site Safety and Clean Site Award"
"Rookie Supervisor of the Year" and,
"Supervisor of the Year" !

SENIOR DESIGNER

Colin Caruso has a lifetime commitment to the building industry, including running his own design & drafting consultancy for many years.

Colin is a very inspirational designer with a great ability to interperate peoples ideas and thoughts into reality.

SENIOR SUPERVISOR
Jack Mcallister has worked in the building industry all his life and is an extremely experienced and practical supervisor. With a happy disposition and a desire to perform Jack delivers in all aspects of his work. Having worked at various companies in Management positions Jack brings a wealth of knowledge. The number of homes that have won awards under Jacks supervision is a testament to his dedication and ability over the years.

ADMINISTRATION
Bree Lewis has worked for Gold Style Homes for a number of years and is now well versed in many fields of office operations. With a desire to succeed and improve herself she is now being trained in scheduling.

SALES EXECUTIVE
Chris Menezies has extensive experience in the sales and procurement of various types of projects. Currently focusing on Architecturally Designed and Documented projects allows his full dedication to this specific field of work.
